Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• You advise and support our national and occasionally international client portfolio on a variety of issues relating to financial and payroll accounting, taxes and social security
• You coordinate and are responsible for the processing of financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns for natural and legal persons
• You accompany and support our clients in projects and processes and act as a sparring partner on equal terms
• You actively contribute to the expansion of new business relationships and support our clients within the framework of varied, temporary deputy mandates
• You are a team player and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration

What makes you successful

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have successfully completed further training in fiduciary or finance or are aiming to do so in the near future
• You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in fiduciary services
• You have a quick grasp and strong analytical skills are your strengths
• You are IT-savvy, familiar with common ERP software and have a confident handling of various MS Office tools
• You enjoy the increasing digitalisation and actively drive it forward
