Team Assistant (m/f/d) 100%

Your area of responsibility:

You are a great support for our consultants in all administrative tasks. This includes recording and publishing job vacancies, invitations to interviews and the associated appointment coordination, preparing documents for the interviews, creating applicant dossiers, various follow-ups as well as sending dossiers. The preparation of contracts, payroll administration and invoicing are further functions. The lively contact with clients and candidates as well as comprehensive support of our candidates, rejection management and various tasks related to personnel administration complete your broad range of duties.

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial basic training, preferably in an industrial environment, or have completed business school. In addition, we expect you to be proficient with common Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). You feel comfortable in a lively, sometimes a little hectic environment and keep a cool head in every situation. We are looking for a committed, resilient and reliable person who can assert themselves. The position is also ideal for school leavers as well as for those re-entering the workforce.
