Your Responsibilities

• Leading and promoting the specialised personnel under your supervision as client representatives
• Assuming project management and client representation
• Responsibility for cost-, schedule- and quality-compliant implementation of sustainable construction projects as well as for coordinated project execution
• Managing planning and construction work from strategic planning to realisation
• Ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations, sustainability goals and the implementation of high construction culture in the canton of Basel-Landschaft
• Active stakeholder management

Your Background

• Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering at ETH/University/FH
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in client-side project management and sustainable building
• Cooperative and goal-oriented leadership approach
• Strong cost and quality awareness, negotiation skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Profound understanding of public procurement
• Digitally savvy

Building Department

The Building Department is a division of the Construction and Environmental Protection Directorate. It develops, manages and realises new builds and renovations and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of cantonal buildings.
