Head of Medical Supplies Shop & Retail (m/f/d) 100 %
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the medical supplies and incontinence care area as well as its professional and economic further development
- Active participation in consulting and sales with regular customer and patient contact
- Operational management and organisational coordination of three specialised sales outlets for medical supplies, orthopaedic shoes, and medical compression at the Zurich Lengg location
- Personnel management, deployment planning, and further development of retail employees
- Ensuring efficient processes in sales, service recording, ERP, and invoicing
- Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, and warehouse management in the medical supplies and incontinence area
- Monitoring relevant key figures and implementing improvement measures
- Co-responsibility for the evaluation and development of digital sales and service offerings
- Close cooperation with the specialist departments of orthopaedic shoe technology, orthopaedic technology / bandaging, and rehabilitation technology
- Co-design of new sales areas, shop concepts, and service offerings
Your profile
- Training in health, medical supplies, nursing, pharmacy/drugstore, or retail sector
- Professional experience in health retail, medical supplies specialist trade, or comparable health-related specialist trade
- Good knowledge in the medical supplies area; experience in incontinence care is an advantage
- Experience in advising patients and direct customer contact
- Experience in staff management and operational retail control
- Digital affinity and experience with online or e-commerce processes are advantageous
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial working style
- High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in daily business collaboration
- Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
