When ERP systems are expected to do more than just map standard processes, creative technical solutions are required. This position combines Abacus expertise with interface technology, reporting, and process automation, offering space to actively further develop digital business processes.
Work location: Zurich or Bern
Responsibilities:
Development of individual digital solutions within the Abacus ecosystem
Connecting Abacus with surrounding systems via modern API and integration concepts
Designing automated workflows for efficient and seamless business processes
Implementing demanding requirements with the Abacus Business Process Engine
Developing dynamic evaluations and decision bases with AbaReport
Translating technical issues into technical solution models
Analysing data flows and optimising existing integrations
Supporting customer projects from technical conception to productive implementation
Developing, testing, and further developing individual system solutions
Conducting structured tests and ensuring high solution quality
Documenting interfaces, processes, and technical concepts
Advising on the further development of existing Abacus landscapes
Identifying new opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and system networking
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the technical Abacus environment
Strong interest in interfaces, data, and integration architectures
Understanding of business processes and their technical mapping
Experience with API concepts and system communication is an advantage
Enjoyment of complex technical issues and independent solution development
Structured and analytical approach
High quality standards in development, testing, and documentation
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical matters appropriately to the audience
