IT - System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Operation, maintenance, further development, monitoring and troubleshooting of ICT services (devices, systems and specialised applications) in operational use.
- 1st and 2nd level support for the responsible ICT services
- Participation in larger projects and project management
- Conducting training for the responsible systems (Polycom radios, pagers, telephony system, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Communication technology or computer science studies at HF or FH level
- Several years of experience in operating mission-critical communication tools
- Confident demeanour and a strong customer and service orientation
- Willingness to be on call and to undertake occasional planned assignments outside normal working hours
