To join its team, Montena Technology SA is looking for a:

Accounting Assistant (40%)

Your main tasks

Accounts payable

• Processing supplier invoices in CHF/EUR/USD (checking, allocation and entry)

• Preparation and processing of supplier payments (weekly, advance payments)

• Management of expense claims

Accounts receivable

• Daily monitoring and accounting of receipts

• Management of reminders and debt collection as a substitute for the responsible person

General accounting

• Close collaboration with the accounting manager

• Daily posting of routine transactions

• Monthly account reconciliation

• Filing and archiving of accounting documents

• Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual closings

• Participation in the preparation of VAT returns

• Support for administrative tasks and occasional cover

Your profile

• Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent training, with accounting experience

• Two to three years of professional experience in a similar role

• Basic knowledge of general accounting, VAT and Swiss accounting obligations

• Comfortable with common IT tools (ERP system, MS Office)

• Excellent command of French (spoken and written), English and/or German is an asset
