Mechanic / Maintenance Technician for Printers and Photocopiers FR/GER 100%

Do you enjoy understanding how a device works, finding the cause of a fault and restoring it? Do you also appreciate contact with customers and days that are never the same? This position might appeal to you.

We are looking for someone to install, maintain and repair copiers and printers at our clients’ premises, as well as various equipment in our workshop.

Your tasks

• Install and commission devices at clients’ locations, then check their proper functioning.

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on site, as well as preventive maintenance of equipment.

• Prepare and service copiers new or second-hand before delivery or recommissioning.

• Repair in the workshop other devices, including projectors, touch screens, document shredders and plotters.

• Explain your interventions to clients and ensure clear follow-up: intervention reports, fault closure and transmission of useful information to the team.

• Participate in the setup and proper maintenance of our exhibition space.

Your profile

You have relevant technical training or experience, for example in mechanics, electromechanics or maintenance. You enjoy understanding the cause of a fault and finding a concrete solution. Autonomous, organised and reliable, you also appreciate contact with clients and teamwork.

Excellent command of German, both spoken and written, is essential. You also hold a manual driving licence and are available to work notably in both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.

Have you never worked on copiers? This is not an obstacle: training on our equipment is provided.
