About the job
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager ready to take on the challenge of exercising a strategic and operational leadership role in top-sharing, in tandem with an HR Manager who already has experience in job sharing.
What is top-sharing?
It is the sharing of the same position and its responsibilities between two people, who form a true collaborative duo. Both partners jointly hold the role, divide the responsibilities and ensure continuity, while working in close coordination. These two people also manage a team together.
This model offers great richness: two perspectives, two ways of thinking and deciding, a way of working that encourages questioning, continuous learning and collective intelligence. But it also requires a particular way of working, as individual success depends on the success of the duo. And let's be honest: this model is not for everyone. You need to enjoy:
- questioning yourself, even when you think you are right;
- communicating a lot, sharing information and leaving no grey areas;
- receiving feedback – and knowing how to give it respectfully;
- trusting and accepting that the other sometimes does things differently;
- bringing your ideas while sometimes being ready to change your mind;
- managing disagreements without turning them into conflicts;
- putting the success of the collective before personal interests.
In short: you must be very good at your job... and even better in your relationship with your partner!
