A company with a versatile IT environment is seeking support in the area of system engineering. You will take care of the operation and maintenance of IT systems and assist users with technical questions and problems.
The position combines Microsoft technologies with network support, IT security, and infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the further development of existing systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, user accounts, access rights, and related services
Support of end devices as well as monitoring of security, backup, and virtualisation solutions
Ensuring stable network operation and collaboration with external IT service providers
Participation in IT projects, digitalisation initiatives, and optimisation of internal processes
Handling support cases at 2nd level and coordinating technical issues with manufacturers and partners
Maintaining technical documentation and occasional support in IT support and on-call service
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ in platform development or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in system operation or system engineering
Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Endpoint Management
Ideally experience with virtualisation, backup solutions, and Cisco network technologies
Interest in IT security and a structured, independent working style
Teamwork skills, strong service orientation, as well as very good German and good English skills
