About the job
Shared leadership understanding in the overall organisation Dialogweg - Eichbühl - Fennergut 1.As leaders, we have a differentiated awareness of roles and want to embody our values. These include, for example, authenticity, integrity, loyalty, transparency, self-reflection and willingness to learn. 2.
We lead through the organisation (designation, distribution, planning, monitoring) of resource contents, tasks and responsibilities. 3.
The supervisory bodies conduct regular line and annual discussions on topics such as:
- Well-being (personal, work management & team collaboration)
- Case management, BP work
- Departments
- Individual development goals (if needed)
The supervisory bodies use collective forums to develop shared attitudes and agreements. These also serve transparency as well as orientation.

As direct supervisors, we activate and empower employees, network the diverse skills and promote the development of shared values and attitudes with the aim of operational capability as a team unit in everyday life. For overarching topics, we enable employee participation within a declared framework. We expect employees to think along, co-create and co-decide in pedagogical work. 6.
We promote the learning culture in the organisation through everyday feedback, factual discussion, solution-oriented clarification of errors and respectful openness regarding individual learning areas. 7.
As direct supervisors, we meet employees with appreciation and respect. We promote diversity so that employees can develop individually. Through mutual trust and fairness, we create a development-friendly working climate. 8.
The supervisory bodies sort and triage the concerns of the team unit as well as those of individual employees and initiate the necessary further steps. 9.
