Payroll runs. Thanks to you. Your entry into interim business or just a temporary bridge?

You are familiar with Swiss payroll and enjoy working with SAP? Then you will take on the payroll function in a well-established HR team for at least 5 months. You will receive clear tasks, real responsibility, and an exciting insight into an international payroll environment.

These are your tasks

• You independently carry out the monthly payroll runs for your group of employees or companies
• You are responsible for social insurance matters such as EO, maternity, accident and daily sickness benefits, etc.
• You maintain and check employee data in SAP
• You prepare documents for accounting and post them
• You analyse payroll data in Excel
• You support QST and administrative payroll-related tasks

What we expect from you

• You work carefully, structured and independently
• You quickly familiarise yourself with existing processes and systems
• You must have experience in payroll processing in SAP
• You know the basics of Swiss social insurances and withholding tax
• You have practical experience in Swiss payroll
• You speak very good German
