WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU FOR

• Co-responsible for the monthly and annual payroll processing of the 4 companies
• Expert for complex questions in the areas of payroll, social security, time management and secondments
• Co-responsible for the complete payroll administration
• Support and promotion of digitalisation
• Co-development and control of all payroll-relevant processes
• Continuous further development and optimisation of existing processes
• Close cooperation and exchange within the payroll team

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Training and further education in the field of payroll or human resources
• Experience in payroll is a prerequisite
• Experience in project and process management
• Enjoyment in shaping dynamic and scalable processes
• You are not deterred by high-volume ticketing and like to get involved yourself
• Mandatory very good user knowledge in SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, organisational management and SAP time management
