We are looking for an
Apprentice Chef EFZ (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
In our staff restaurants, we cater daily to hundreds of guests with diverse menus and varied buffets. Catering and special occasions complete our offer.
As an apprentice, you will be supervised by professional and practical trainers, participate in regular excursions, and enjoy 6 weeks of holiday.
Your tasks in our kitchen are varied and exciting. You support cool events and ensure through your care in the area of hygiene that our guests remain healthy and satisfied.
Here is an overview of your area of responsibility:
- Production and presentation of dishes and meals
- Active participation in menu planning (within the scope of your training)
- General tasks around the kitchen
- Collaboration in in-house events and various projects
- Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Ordering and incoming goods inspection
Your profile
