Do you have a keen visual sense, enjoy developing strong content ideas, and independently implement them from conception to execution?As a Senior Visual & Digital Content Producer, you are part of our Brand & Content team and develop and produce high-quality visual content for digital campaigns, online ads, social media, and other brand touchpoints. You combine conception, visual design, and content production, consistently thinking from the perspective of brand, target audience, and channel. Depending on the project, you work with images, graphics, motion, and video. You observe developments in content creation and are open to new tools and production methods, including generative AI.

What you achieve with us
- Digital Content & Creatives: You develop and produce visual content for online ads, paid social, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Online Ads & Performance Creatives: You develop creative variants, formats, and approaches for digital campaigns and use performance learnings for their further development.
- Creative Concepting: You develop ideas, visual concepts, and storylines and translate briefings into concrete content solutions.
- Content Production: You independently realise content – from conception through production and design to finalisation.
- Visual & Social Content: You work with photography, graphics, motion, and video and develop platform-appropriate content with a sense for current formats, trends, and digital viewing habits.
- New Production Methods: You pragmatically and sensibly test new tools and methods, including selected AI-supported workflows.
- Brand Design: You further develop our visual appearance and ensure a consistent and high-quality brand presence.
- Collaboration: You independently manage projects and work with internal and external partners.
What you bring
- Education & Background: Solid training or degree in mediamatics, multimedia production, digital content, visual communication, design, or a comparable field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in content production, digital content, creative production, or a comparable environment, as well as experience in independently implementing projects from conception to production.
- Visual Content: Broad visual and production-technical know-how in image, graphics, motion, and video.
- Digital & Online Advertising: You know the requirements of digital communication, especially online ads and social media, and can translate ideas into different formats, platforms, and messages.
- Adobe & Production Tools: Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop; knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage.
- Conceptual Strength: You independently develop strong visual ideas and translate briefings into concrete content formats.
- New Tools & Technologies: You are open to new tools and methods and interested in current developments. Experience with generative AI is a plus.
- Seniority: You combine creative and production quality with an understanding of brand, communication, and business goals.
- Working Style: You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, even under time pressure. At the same time, you are team-oriented and open to feedback. A high standard of quality is a matter of course for you.
