The HR team consists of eleven employees and is responsible for all personnel-related matters – from recruiting and onboarding to employee support and development, as well as labour law and cultural issues.

This is what you do

• Attracting new colleagues for Repower and accompanying the entire recruiting process
• Identifying trends and innovations in the labour market as well as contributing new ideas and approaches
• Shaping and further developing our employer branding activities
• Working closely with HR services and HR business partners as well as taking on administrative tasks in personnel development
• Representing Repower at university and career fairs

This is what you bring

• Experience in recruiting and knowledge in HR marketing
• Further training as an HR assistant, HR specialist with a federal diploma, degree with a focus on HR or comparable qualification (HF/FH/Bachelor)
• Strong communication skills as well as a solution-oriented mindset with negotiation skills, organisational talent and enjoyment in coordinating various appointments and activities
• Willingness to travel within the canton of Graubünden
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good Italian skills (B2-C1)
