Job Description
- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of customer infrastructures according to maintenance contracts
- Competent advice, support and care of customers on site and by telephone
- Independent work in the area of incident and problem management at 2nd and 3rd level support including support of the ServiceDesk for troubleshooting
- Responsible for updating all ITSM modules (tickets, tasks etc.) and monitoring systems
- Escalation and triage to 4th level support and external partners
- Independent implementation of changes from analysis through conception to realisation within the framework of UMB change management
- Project participation in major projects with responsibility for the flawless implementation of subprojects or work packages
- Lead identification in terms of up- and cross-selling and communication to the account manager, service delivery manager and team leadership
- Participation in specialist events and targeted UMB Academy courses
- Compliance with the current team regulations including timely reporting of services
- Receiving and processing incidents in the service desk via ITSM tool
- Providing top service on site together with your team colleagues and helping to develop further
- Completed technical vocational training with specialised further education
- High customer orientation as well as enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Strong service understanding, commitment and sense of responsibility
- At least 5 years of experience in larger environments or IT providers
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Resilience, perseverance and flexibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form. (Native language is not mandatory.)
- English skills are an advantage
