What you will do with us

• Administrative and organisational secretarial tasks in collaboration with doctors
• Processing patient files, editing medical reports and coordinating appointments
• Recording outpatient services
• Correspondence by dictation and keywords
• Support and deputising within medical administration

What you bring with you

• MPA EFZ, medical secretary or equivalent training
• Knowledge of medical terminology and very good German skills
• Solid knowledge of common Office programmes, experience with KISIM and SAP is an advantage
• Service-oriented working style, independence and discretion
• Reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
