You can contribute in this role

• Draft judgements in the areas of social insurance law (AHV/IV with foreign relations; special issues of occupational pensions such as partial liquidation of pension schemes and supervisory funds; accident insurance such as the inclusion of companies and accident prevention) and public health law (in particular hospital lists and tariffs, highly specialised medicine, specialty list, remedies/medical devices)
• Participate in the instruction of administrative complaint procedures
• Write the minutes at decision consultations and public hearings

What makes you unique

• Completed legal university degree, preferably with a lawyer's licence and/or doctorate
• Several years of professional experience in administration, legal practice or at a court and/or in the legal fields of Department III or an academic career are advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking skills, precise linguistic expression, high independence, resilience, ability to accept criticism and teamwork skills
• Main and working language German, good active knowledge of at least one other official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
