What is my role?

You take central responsibility for quality, safety and sustainability in an innovative manufacturing company. In doing so, you actively shape the future and ensure that the highest standards are not only maintained but continuously developed.

Your main tasks include:

• Strategic development of the integrated management system and ensuring its effectiveness through systematic internal audits

• Preparation, coordination and execution of external certifications and customer audits. You are the face to the outside

• Building a modern key performance indicator system: You develop a meaningful dashboard with automated reporting that provides clear insights to management monthly

• Advising and training teams and managers on all relevant topics around quality, occupational safety and environmental protection

Furthermore, you drive the sustainability agenda forward, identify legal and normative requirements and ensure their practical implementation. You systematically handle complaints and deviations and derive improvement measures from them. With your entrepreneurial perspective, you recognise optimisation potential and implement it together with all departments.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring a solid education or degree with a technical or scientific background. Ideally related to production or chemistry.

Professionally, you score with:

• Sound know-how in relevant management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

• Practical experience in the application and development of quality management systems

• Knowledge of Lean Management or comparable methods is a plus

• Understanding of industrial production processes and their requirements

Personally, you convince with your winning manner and your skill to inspire enthusiasm even for challenging topics. You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and have the ability to engage people. You combine your service mentality with the necessary assertiveness. Strong communication skills in German and English allow you to move confidently between different hierarchy levels and departments.
