To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented Application Technician / Customer Advisor in Field Service (m/f/d) for the St. Gallen region and surroundings. Tasks

• Advising and supporting our existing customers in the Eastern Switzerland region and surroundings.
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base.
• Presentation and demonstration of our products and solutions on site.
• Technical support and training of customers in the application of our products.
• Close cooperation with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure optimal customer care.
• Market and competitor observation as well as identification of new business opportunities.
• Recording appointments, visit reports, and tasks electronically using CRM.
• Planning according to a forecast weekly schedule, with 4 appointments to be planned per travel day.
• 8 customer visits per day are the target to be planned.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or craft training, ideally in the construction or cleaning environment.
• Experience in field service or customer consulting is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Driving licence category B.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage.
