Role:
As a Client Infrastructure Engineer, you form the backbone for customer mandates in the support area. Your daily work combines classic infrastructure tasks with the use of the latest technologies and AI-supported approaches. You tackle challenges analytically and find pragmatic solutions together with your team. Those who want to take responsibility and appreciate direct customer contact will find the right framework in this role. A touch of humour is simply part of it for you.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage support mandates and ensure smooth customer service.
Together with experienced colleagues, you analyse and implement modern IT infrastructures in Windows environments.
You systematically investigate causes of errors and reliably resolve them.
Both on-site and remotely, you are the first point of contact for customers' technical concerns.
In exchange with your team, you jointly develop solutions for complex issues.
Additionally, you contribute your own ideas to continuously improve services and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A completed IT education or a comparable qualification forms your basis.
You already bring several years of experience in supporting customer environments.
Working with Microsoft environments is routine for you.
You are well versed in virtualisation technologies such as VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Network technology is not unfamiliar to you, and you apply your knowledge in a practical manner.
Furthermore, you convince with a structured way of thinking, flexibility and confident German language skills.
