Negishi Urban Susi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue in Basel on Stänzlergasse is one of the few with a so-called Kaiten, also known as a sushi conveyor belt, and has over 80 seats indoors and 32 additional seats outdoors.
To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated Deputy Managing Director (a) 100% starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement

Your talents & experience:
Completed hotel management school/federally certified operations manager or completed apprenticeship in gastronomy/hotellerie with relevant professional experience 🎓
Host/hostess with passion ❤️

Organisational talent and high social competence 📋
Good spoken and written German skills 🗣️
