About the job

What you can achieve with us:

• You advise and support our managers on HR questions in everyday life, in collaboration with employees and in individual situations

• You act as an HR contact person close to our teams at both locations and respond to their specific needs

• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through development and performance management to exit

• You coordinate the deployment of temporary staff in production in cooperation with personnel service providers and operational managers

• You support performance and talent development processes as well as organisational changes

• You contribute to HR projects, drive continuous improvement and support the harmonisation of HR processes between our locations

• You work closely with the HR team and local contacts to ensure consistent and efficient HR practices

What you bring with you:

• Experience in the HR generalist area or as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial environment

• Training or further education in human resources or an equivalent qualification

• A pragmatic, independent and solution-oriented way of working

• Enjoyment in working with different contacts, strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

• An open and positive attitude as well as willingness to share knowledge, support each other and find solutions together

• Very good German and French skills; English is a plus

• Confident handling of IT tools and HR systems
