Your tasks

• Implementation of the specialist application CMI (solution platform for public administrations) – from the idea to go-live
• Professional advice and support for our customers as well as assistance in daily operations on-site, telephone or remote support (service line)
• Scripting and parameterisation with C# and Powershell
• Configuration of web servers (IIS) as well as automation of web app deployments with Powershell Universal
• Coordination and execution of release changes and service packs
• Conducting customer training sessions and presenting software products

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, ideally with experience in public administration, or a completed education in the field of computer science
• User knowledge in the area of CMI is an advantage
• Enjoy working independently and solution-oriented
• Team-oriented, customer-focused personality
• Confident communication in German
