Introduction
On behalf of our long-standing client, a renowned, likeable financial institution based in the Zurich East/Winterthur area (central station location, some parking spaces available), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced building automation technician for security systems as well as HVAC.
Type of Work
- Maintaining security systems (access control, fire protection, video etc.), building technology and HVAC systems of the bank
- Ensuring uninterrupted bank operations, coordinating interventions in case of system failures
- Planning, executing and monitoring repairs, renovations, maintenance and installations of electrical, building automation and security systems
- Contributing solution approaches to optimise systems and processes (e.g. energy efficiency/controlling)
- Supervising third-party suppliers
- Supporting projects, conversions, renovations, acceptance tests and official inspections
- Administrative, organisational and coordinative tasks within own specialist area (documentation, checklists, reports etc.)

Requirements Profile
- Completed vocational training as a building automation technician or comparable technical training in the electrical/building technology field. Training as an automation technician with further education in network technology is also conceivable
- Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable role with experience in HVAC/security systems and in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems
- Specific knowledge of security systems (access control, video etc.) and industry experience in banking (advantageous)
- Good PC skills and affinity for using various specialised and company-specific tools
- Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
- Careful, thorough and structured working style as well as service-oriented and customer-friendly manner
- Impeccable reputation
- Driving licence category B
