Customer Service Officer (80 - 100 %)

What to expect:

• You are the friendly first point of contact for everyone who contacts us. Whether by phone, email or in person at reception - you keep an overview and ensure that our customers immediately feel well looked after.

• Every big case starts with a small step, and that lies with you. You carefully record new legal protection cases, clarify the important details regarding coverage and thus lay the clean foundation on which our lawyers can build.

• You ensure order in the administrative day-to-day - from invoice processing to mail to the meeting rooms. You keep an overview and thus support the team.

What you bring:

• You have a commercial basic education and have already earned your spurs in customer service.

• Confident German is a must, charming Italian is the bonus we wish for from you.

• You navigate MS Office confidently and find legal topics more exciting than TV programmes.

• "Can't be done" does not exist - you are service-oriented, quick and flexible with work assignments (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm).
