As a member of our application management team, you are responsible for the stable operation of medical and non-medical applications operated by Spital STS AG. You advise and support users in the areas of application and process handling. By gathering specialist requirements, you coordinate application developments and assist with projects. You participate in specification, testing, and rollout to implement application releases.
You analyse and handle application-related disruptions and errors. For complex issues, you coordinate between second- and third-level support (suppliers).
As a secondary task, you support the service desk on certain days each quarter and take on on-call duties (approximately three weeks per year).
Creating, updating, and managing the necessary documentation is also part of your responsibilities.

How to become part of our team
- Completed training as an IT specialist (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Experience as an application manager, ideally in healthcare, or experience as a medical informatics specialist
- Independent and reliable working style, flexible and communicative team player
- Fluent in German (spoken and written)
- High service orientation and motivation to convince customers with quality and commitment.
