These tasks will excite you

• You are the first point of contact for support requests (1st and 2nd level) and coordinate collaboration with external partners if necessary.
• You ensure the smooth operation of our IT applications – from data quality through interfaces to user support.
• You plan and coordinate releases, changes, tests and rollouts in cooperation with internal and external partners.
• You monitor availability, performance, interfaces and data flows and initiate appropriate improvement measures.
• You create and maintain operational, system and user documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
• You participate in projects.

We look forward to this profile

• Completed training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in application management or a comparable role
• Good understanding of application architectures, interfaces, databases and operational processes
• Analytical thinking, structured working method and strong ability for sustainable problem solving
• High personal responsibility, quality awareness and willingness to independently familiarise yourself with new processes and technologies
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
