An established health institute in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy offers specialised, interprofessional treatment and care services for young patients. Through an individual therapy offer, close involvement of the family system and a milieu-therapeutic treatment setting, the institute is committed to a holistic psychological stabilisation of its patients. To strengthen the therapy ward team, we are looking for a committed personality as a social pedagogue (70-90%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Social Pedagogue 70-90 (m/f/d)

- Active and present support of children and adolescents

- Individual and resource-oriented support of patients

- Shaping work with reference persons and interprofessional collaboration

- Needs- and resource-oriented stay and care planning

- Conducting individual and family conversations

- Leading therapeutic group offers

- Designing and accompanying daily structure and leisure activities

- Active contact with the family system

- Participation in the further development of ward routines and treatment processes
