To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an experienced individual who manages strategic key accounts, identifies new business opportunities, and successfully develops long-term customer relationships.

What you can achieve

• You acquire, manage, and develop B2B customers in the ePost environment and build sustainable customer relationships.
• You also recognise sales opportunities, qualify needs, and pursue potentials purposefully until closure.
• You work closely with product management, marketing, and development to effectively support customers and optimally utilise market opportunities.
• You actively contribute your sales experience to sales documents, argumentation, and sales approaches.
• You monitor market and usage trends in the digital B2B environment and derive new impulses for ePost.

What you bring

• You have a higher education or further training in sales, marketing, or business administration.
• Additionally, you bring several years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the field of digital services, IT, SaaS, platform, or outsourcing services.
• Thanks to your technical understanding, you can quickly grasp customer needs and translate them into sustainable business opportunities.
• You convince with communication skills, consulting competence, and a confident manner towards different stakeholders.
• You work independently, structured, and sales-oriented and consistently pursue sales opportunities.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and preferably have good English or French skills.
