Do you come from a technical background and want to combine your know-how with customer contact and commercial tasks in the future?

Your main tasks:

• Customer support in the B2B sector: You advise our specialist dealers in the German and Western Switzerland regions and support them with technical questions about our products.
• Order processing: You accompany customer orders from recording to successful completion – in German and French.
• Technical clarifications: Thanks to your technical understanding, you can competently assess customer enquiries and find suitable solutions together with production.
• Hub function: You are the important link between our customers, sales and production, ensuring that information flows reliably.
• Customer communication: You maintain a solution-oriented exchange with our customers – mainly in German, occasionally also in French.
• Participation in projects: Especially during the winter months, you can actively contribute to various projects and support our team with your ideas.

What you bring with you:

• A completed technical basic education – supplemented by commercial experience or further training
• Enjoyment in combining your technical know-how with commercial tasks and customer contact
• German as your mother tongue and confident, friendly communication
• Oral French skills: You can communicate directly with French-speaking customers and enjoy personal communication. Written French skills are not required.
• An independent, reliable and precise way of working
• A cheerful, team-oriented personality who enjoys working with others
• Commitment and initiative – you like to get involved and take responsibility
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common digital tools
