The SME and Trade Association of the Canton of Lucerne operates the Competence Centre for Qualification Procedures on behalf of the Canton of Lucerne, which plans, organises and conducts the final apprenticeship examinations in vocational education and training.

To complement our team, we are looking for a Clerk at the Competence Centre for Qualification Procedures (80%)

Your tasks

• You are the contact person for chief experts and support examination experts with administrative questions
• You process and check examination grades and accompany the administrative procedures until the completion of the qualification procedures
• You check expense reports and take on tasks in financial accounting and payment transactions
• You coordinate matters with cantonal authorities and vocational schools
• You organise meetings and events and support the examination management in day-to-day business
• You contribute your experience to the further development of our processes

Your profile

• A commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of vocational education and training
• Good affinity for IT systems and openness to new IT applications
• Clear and friendly communication with different stakeholder groups
• An independent, careful and structured way of working
• The ability to understand complex issues and processes and to develop pragmatic solutions
