Team Leader Case Management (all)
This is how you shape health
- Personnel and professional leadership of the KTG case management team consisting of employees in the roles of claims management and care management
- Ensuring customer-oriented and efficient case management
- Professional support, assistance and further development of employees
- Responsibility for compliance with processes, directives and professional guidelines
- Conducting team meetings, weekly discussions and annual reviews
- Assessment, control and approval of case files
- Ensuring quality in case management and correspondence (four-eyes principle)
- Monitoring target achievement and compliance with guidelines
- Planning and coordination of staff deployment and work organisation
What sets you apart
- Commercial training (EFZ) or training in the medical field
- Further training in social insurance (e.g. professional certificate)
- Several years of experience in daily sickness benefits and case management
- Good medical knowledge and confidence in handling medical reports
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and social competence
- Structured, analytical and responsible working style
- Assertiveness and organisational strength
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
