As Team Leader Claims (Standard Segment), you not only lead a committed team but are also a driving force for quality, innovation, and professionalism in the claims process.

Your mission:

• You lead a dynamic team in the area of accident insurance claims management both professionally and personally
• You ensure the quality of your team’s claims correspondence (e.g. informal rejections, rulings)
• You further develop your team – with heart, structure, and modern leadership approaches
• You ensure smooth workflows, convincing decisions, and smart processes
• You bring in fresh ideas, actively shape digital changes, and optimise work processes
• You are the contact person for your team’s questions and conduct case discussions

What you bring:

• Several years of solid experience in the UVG claims area
• Leadership experience
• Empathy, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset
• You think in processes, not problems – and communicate openly and on equal terms
• You act solution-oriented, think networked, and skilfully combine your affinity for costs and figures with your empathy and communication skills
• You are capable of handling conflict and criticism, assertive, and meticulous in carrying out your tasks
• You have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
