RWD Schlatter AG is a company within the Arbonia Group. As the leading company in the Swiss market for the development, manufacture and assembly of a wide range of doors, the production site is located in Roggwil TG.
The spectrum ranges from interior doors to high-security doors, combined with electronic components. Our strong market position is based on a high degree of customer orientation, continuous process improvement and great innovation dynamism.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following position to be filled by agreement:
Head of Joinery 100% (a)
Your playing field:
- You lead our joinery and further develop your team.
- You always keep quality, costs and deadlines under control.
- You analyse capacities, identify optimisation potentials and implement improvements.
- You ensure that processes run efficiently and that downtime has no chance.
- You work closely with production, planning and other departments and advance ideas.
Your talent counts:
- Completed training as a joiner EFZ
- Ideally further training at HF level (e.g. business processes)
- Experience in managing employees
- Understanding of production processes and the joy of continuously improving them
- Organisational skills, decisiveness and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Good MS Office skills
