Clerk Finance and Accounting (a)

Introduction

For our
client, we are looking for a professionally skilled individual as a Clerk
Finance and Accounting (a). In this role, you will take on diverse
tasks in accounting and actively contribute to smooth
financial operations. You can expect a varied range of responsibilities with
accountability and development opportunities.

Tasks

• Management of the general ledger including
  internal and external invoicing
• Liability for the proper
  management of asset accounting
• Assistance in the preparation of
  monthly and annual financial statements
• Collaboration with and support of the
  external audit office
• Ensuring correct
  cash posting as well as support during the ERP transition
• Deputising
  tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable including dunning

Profile

• Successfully
  completed training in an economic or administrative field
• Additional qualification
  in finance or accounting desirable
• Experience
  with integrated enterprise solutions, knowledge of common
  financial applications an advantage
• Very
  confident use of digital tools for data processing and analysis
• Precise,
  self-initiated and responsible approach
• High
  degree of team orientation and audience-appropriate communication skills
• Fluent
  command of the German language, additional language skills welcome (French)
