Technical Sales Manager Service Team Leader 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a team leader for technical customer service (m/f/d) who will take on the professional and personnel management of a small, well-coordinated service team. You currently lead four service technicians and a specialist for deployment planning and billing.

Your tasks include:

• Active sales and preparation of offers for service activities

• Ensuring smooth processing of service processes via the ERP system

• Optimisation and further development of service processes

• First point of contact for service enquiries and technical customer concerns

• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

• Budget responsibility for the service department

• Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the service team (4 people)

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Technical basic training in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or comparable

• Further training as a technical sales manager is an advantage

• Experience in handling ERP and service management systems

• Several years of experience in technical service or customer service

• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment in getting involved yourself

• Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting and active service sales

• Organisational strength, communication skills and assertiveness

• Experience in team leadership is an advantage
