Senior System Engineer Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a Senior System Engineer M365/Workplace? In this role, you take responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and solutions. You are responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects in the M365 and Workplace area. Your professional experience level enables you to master complex tasks and continuously develop your skills. You are ready to apply your knowledge and skills in this demanding role and advance your career.
Responsibilities:
- You implement and operate IT infrastructures for customers
- In this role, you carry out Move, Add and Change services
- As a Senior System Engineer, you take care of Managed Services solutions
- You take on IT projects and lead them successfully
- In your function, you support the Sales and Presales team in technical matters
- You provide 2nd and 3rd level support and solve complex problems
Qualifications:
- You have a technical basic education as well as further training in computer science, electrical engineering or similar, with at least 5 years of professional experience
- You bring solid experience in the areas of Microsoft 365 and Workplace
- You hold manufacturer certifications at the Microsoft Certified Expert level
- You have knowledge of ITIL processes
- You are highly motivated and customer- and service-oriented
- You speak good German and English
