YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You independently coordinate the workshop repairs in close cooperation with the workshop management
• You act as the contact person for the internal department as well as customers such as insurance companies, garages and private clients
• You are responsible for the timely coordination, monitoring and execution of the work
• You support our customers on site, by email, WhatsApp, chat or telephone and actively acquire new clients
• You create orders and subsequently invoice them

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Reliable, flexible and committed personality
• Precise and efficient way of working
