One foundation – three institutions – one shared responsibility.
In our institutions – Children’s Home Brugg, Stift Olsberg and Familynetwork – professionals work with pedagogical competence and heart to strengthen and support children, adolescents, and families.
Familynetwork specializes in foster care, outpatient social pedagogical family support, and mandate management in child protection. Families in challenging life situations receive support from social pedagogical family supporters to expand parenting skills, strengthen structures, manage crises, and develop new perspectives.

Workload: 50-60%
Your Tasks
- You accompany and strengthen families with various problems or in crisis situations.
- You organize visit supervision.
- You visit families at their homes to provide practical support.
- Your collaboration with the affected parents, children, and adolescents as well as the involved authorities is assignment-based.
- You independently maintain the documentation.
Your Skills
- You have a degree in social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification.
Additional training or practical experience is an advantage.
- You have a positive view of people.
- You possess solid, current theoretical and methodological expertise.
- You act reflectively, responsibly, and independently.
- You hold a valid driver’s license.
