Your Tasks

• Competent service and advice to our customers at the counter, on the phone and by email 
• Receiving orders and supporting our customers with enquiries about our range 
• Recording and processing customer orders as well as related supplier orders 
• Provision of goods for customers and ensuring smooth operations in the Profishop 
• Creation of system quotations according to established rules 
• Modification and adjustment of delivery notes 
• Reliable and solution-oriented handling of customer complaints 
• Ordering of spare parts as well as handling of service and warranty work 
• Substitution in processing open cases
• Management of own reserve stock including kitchen materials as well as ensuring order and stock accuracy
• Independent execution of rolling inventory in coordination with the logistics manager

Your Profile

• A completed training in the sanitary sector – ideally in the sanitary industry or construction-related trades 
• Experience in customer consulting, preferably in Profishop or counter sales 
• Technical understanding as well as enjoyment of practical and customer-oriented solutions 
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working 
• Organisational strength as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation 
• Team spirit and resilience – even when it gets hectic 
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems 
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
