To strengthen our team in the Women’s Clothing department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Product Manager, 80% from 01.10.2026, fixed-term until 30.09.2027, at the Basel Headquarters.

• You support the Product Manager with administrative tasks.
• You act as a hub between our suppliers, department stores, internal departments and distribution centres.
• You are responsible for ordering, monitoring delivery deadlines, returns, invoices, price changes, inventories and other administrative tasks.
• You have an overview and understanding of ordering and merchandise management systems.

• You have a commercial basic education.
• You can demonstrate 2-4 years of professional experience.
• You speak fluent German. You communicate easily in English.
• You are IT-savvy and proficient in Excel.
• You think in a connected way and have high quality standards for your work.
• You enjoy a fast pace and are very flexible and dynamic.
