What you bring with you
- Completed training as a care specialist (FaBe) is an advantage, motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Ideally, you have experience in a social or care environment.
- Experience in care within a residential setting is an advantage.
- Organisational talent and a high sense of responsibility.
- Enjoyment in working with people who require support.
