Service Team Leader

What does the role involve?

In this role, you lead and inspire your team of approximately 5 – 8 specialists. You coordinate and conduct training for new and existing employees and continue to support your staff in the field. Ensuring compliance with and application of safety guidelines as well as environmental and quality awareness requires an appropriate role model function. You support internal departments with technical questions. Every month, you manage the telephone hotline for our field staff for one week. Additionally, you are personally involved in technical assignments with our customers.

What do you bring?

• You have a (electro-)technical basic education. Several years of experience in the service sector will facilitate your work in this role.
• You have further training in the technical field, and leadership experience is an advantage.
• You are an entrepreneurially minded personality.
• You can set priorities and have organisational talent.
• You enjoy challenges that come with personnel management combined with technical deployment and administrative tasks.
