Giolito is a dynamic, young company based in the centre of Bern. We develop and distribute original Italian gelato of the highest quality in Switzerland and various export markets.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable and independent backoffice employee.

Backoffice Employee 40-60%

Your tasks

• Telephone and email correspondence
• Creation and processing of orders and invoices
• Maintenance of customer and master data
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Support of the team in general administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• If possible, professional experience in backoffice or an administrative role is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• German at native level, French and/or Italian are very welcome
• Confident handling of MS Office
