Clerk: Telephone Switchboard & Administration

What you will do with us
- Operating the telephone switchboard and competently forwarding calls
- Receiving, triaging and processing telephone and email enquiries for all locations
- Coordinating the internal distribution of letters and parcels
- Procurement and management of work clothing and office supplies
- Taking on various administrative and organisational tasks, such as organising birthday cards and gifts as well as maintaining the vehicle list
- Recording customer orders and supporting tenders and quotation requests
- Mutual representation within the team
What you bring
- Commercial basic training with experience in an SME in the trade or construction sector; career starters welcome
- Enjoyment of independent, efficient and responsible work as well as enthusiasm for new topics
- Positive appearance with a winning manner in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Organisational talent with the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations and to find solutions independently
- High temporal flexibility and willingness to temporarily increase the workload to up to 100% during holiday and absence cover
- Communicative, positive and team-oriented personality with confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP experience an advantage
