Microbiology Laboratory Technician 80%
Our team in the microbiological laboratory of quality control in Schlieren
needs support! We are looking immediately or by arrangement, temporarily for about 6 to 12 months, for a motivated
In this role, you are responsible for the microbiological examination of pharmaceutical products. You take on tasks such as determining microbial counts using the membrane filtration method (bioburden), testing for sterility in the isolator, testing for bacterial endotoxins, and incoming inspection of culture media. You also participate in environmental monitoring (sampling of cleanrooms regarding water, surfaces, and air). In addition to maintenance and requalification of equipment, microbiological validation activities are also part of your responsibilities.
You have
- a completed vocational training as a biological laboratory technician or a comparable qualification with experience in basic microbiological work techniques
- willingness to work in cleanrooms
- a high quality awareness, even in routine tasks
- good German skills in spoken and written form
- professional experience in the highly regulated pharmaceutical environment (GMP knowledge) is an advantage
