- Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the dedicated Pro AV & Communication team
- Lots of creative freedom to ensure solution-oriented and technically sound consulting in the field of professional audio/video, meeting room and collaboration solutions
- Responsibility for sales, conversion rate and strategic development goals in project and solution business
- Active participation in shaping and implementing an innovative, scalable solution portfolio
- Close cooperation with our sales and commercial teams and direct exchange with manufacturers
- The opportunity to actively drive strategic topics such as certifications, process optimization and the technological advancement of our offerings
What you bring
- Completed commercial or technical basic training with advanced education (HF/FH/HFP), leadership training is an advantage
- Several years of professional and consulting experience in the ICT environment, ideally in the field of Pro AV, Unified Communications or collaboration solutions, several years of which with sales and leadership responsibility
- Leadership personality with strategic thinking skills and the ability to sustainably develop teams
- Proven success in building and expanding customer relationships as well as developing new business opportunities
- Solid know-how in UC, ProAV and collaboration technologies as well as experience in project implementation and solution-oriented consulting
- Very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- Convincing communication and negotiation skills, also at decision-maker and management level
- Strategic thinking, high sense of responsibility as well as pronounced customer and solution orientation
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
