Shoppi Tivoli in Spreitenbach is the largest shopping and lifestyle centre in Switzerland with over 160 shops across approximately 92,000 m² of retail space. Tivoli Real Estate Management AG, with over 70 employees, manages the centre's properties. We are responsible for leasing the retail units, operations, technical maintenance, as well as cleaning, and we make the offer visible together with our marketing department. We are looking for a: Employee in Infrastructural Facility Management and Housekeeping (100%)

To support our team in infrastructural facility management and housekeeping, we are seeking a motivated and flexible individual.

Your tasks: 

• Operation of technical systems in the area of caretaking and parking 
• Distribution of shopping trolleys to the individual stations 
• Maintenance of disposal systems 
• Proper disposal of various types of waste 
• Grounds maintenance and cleaning of general operational areas 
• Snow clearance/winter service on roads and paths throughout the entire site 

Your profile:

• Experience or training in facility management is an advantage 
• Understanding of handling cleaning equipment and machines 
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented personality 
• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility 
• Driving licence category B mandatory 
• Trailer test advantageous 
• Good German language skills, spoken and written 
• Resilience and enthusiasm; willingness to work shifts, on-call duty, Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings
